The Alexan Clarendon site is bound by North Hudson Street and North Irving Street on the north and south, respectively as well as 13th Street North on the west. The project consists of a mixed-use development consisting primarily of two discrete elevated concrete structures supported by a common plaza slab with a single level of basement level parking below grade. The east structure, defined as Building #2, will have eleven occupied levels above grade plus an additional penthouse level. The west structure, defined as Building #3, will have six occupied levels above grade plus an additional penthouse level.
Market 42 is a mixed use project in the heart of Charlotte’s First Ward District. This two-phase project consists of 549 apartments between a 33-story, 375 tall concrete framed high rise and a six-story mid-rise which will be timber framing over a concrete podium. There will be approximately 20,000 square feet of retail and a precast parking garage as well.
Buckhead Triangle is Atlanta’s latest luxury condominium building located in the heart of Atlanta, GA. This 18 story tower is being built in a prominent intersection of Atlanta. Residents will be able to get a taste of Atlanta nightlife, restaurants, retail shopping, and businesses by stepping right outside their door. E+M wanted to help Buckhead Triangle create an upscale community for those wanting to experience the ultimate Atlanta lifestyle. E+M was able to provide Buckhead Triangle with a beautiful mixed-use building. Our lead team members working on this project include Rafael Machado, Kris Morrison, and Dan Roux.
Georgia State University Student Housing
We are also proud to announce another project that we are currently working on for Georgia State University. This $80 million dollar high rise building will be used for student housing. The convenience, beautiful design, and location of this residential tower will attract some of the brightest minds to live and go to school at GSU. Our dedicated E+M team members for this project include Rafael Machado and Dan Roux. The services E+M provided for GSU include post tensioned concrete, high-rise lateral modeling and design, deep foundation systems, and building information modeling.
10 Tryon is a 411,000 sq ft structural project in the works in northern uptown Charlotte, NC. This mixed-use building will include offices, retail stores, and a full grocery store. 10 Tryon will be in walking distance to much of uptown Charlotte. E+M’s dedicated team members include Kris Morrison and Brad Ellinwood. The team will provide the following services on the structure: high-rise lateral modeling and design, post tensioned concrete, steel design and detailing, and deep foundation systems.
The Atlanta Dairies project will be 31,478 sq ft and located in Atlanta, GA. Key Staff on this project from E+M include Thomas Gillard and Brad Ellinwood. Steel design & detailing and Building Information Modeling (BIM) are the main two services involved in this project.
22 West Edge will be a high-rise building located in Charleston, SC. This 160,214 sq ft project was led by E+M’s Thomas Gillard and Brad Ellinwood. This building will be in walking distance of marinas, parks, colleges and universities, hotels, hospitals, and more in the Horizon District of Charleston. The convenience, beautiful design, and location of 22 West Edge will inspire those who want to live and work in a prospering research and development park. E+M will provide the following services for this project: high-rise lateral modeling and design, deep foundation systems, steel design & detailing, and Building Information Modeling.
