This project is located along the Ohio River in Cincinnati, Ohio. Situated between the Cincinnati Reds & the Bengals Stadiums, it is immersed in the heart of downtown. This project has 3 levels of Cast in Place concrete parking with a podium slab on top. The residential portion above utilized a panelized light-gauge load bearing walls with composite metal decking & slab for the floor structure. The foundations and first level of concrete framing were previously poured as part of the large master plan.
