Deep Foundation Systems

 

Larger structures, or those being built on sites with less than ideal geotechnical conditions, require Deep Foundation Systems. Project oversight is integral to the success of these complex systems and EM Structural remains in close and consistent contact with all members of the project team including the pile drivers, pile suppliers, and geotechnical engineers in the field. Together, we are able to provide an economical and constructible deep foundation solution for our customers.

Variety of Systems

EM Structural has expertise and proven strategies in drilled piers, auger-cast piles, precast piles, timber piles, steel H-piles, screw piles, and rock anchors.

Challenging Land Areas

We have designed deep foundation systems throughout the country, including high seismic areas such as California and Charleston, SC.

Geotechnical Anomalies

We have experience working with geotechnical anomalies such as liquefiable soils in earthquake and hurricane prone geographical areas. EM Structural provides a stable and deep foundation system which will withstand a maximum load of the structure.
