Structural Design, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration for the addition of a maximum-security unit and an exterior security fence to an existing women’s prison in Muncy, PA. The structure consists of load bearing hollow core concrete slabs, spanning to reinforced masonry walls that make up the cell units, combining with long span steel and trusses for the roofs over the dayrooms. All of these components bear on a spread footing foundation. (2000)
