Construction Efficiency

Steel Design and Detailing is ideal for customers who are interested in achieving rapid construction with the potential for easy future upfits or renovations.

Seismic Activity

We design structures resistant to wind and seismic activity through the use of frame systems of gravity support. This includes using steel beams, channels, and joists with composite decking floors and metal decking roofs.

Building Types

EM Structural uses steel design for low rise retail buildings, and as transfer framing for mixed use buildings where there is residential (timber or cold formed steel) framing above retail or amenity space.
