Located in Odenton, Maryland, the four-story, type V wood framed structure contains 244 units with approximately 10,500 SF of amenity and live/work space. The structure consists of wood framed bearing walls, wood transfer beams at amenity spaces and wood shear walls with OSB or gypsum sheathing. Wood framing bears on shallow strip footings at the slab on grade. A five-level precast parking garage is supported by shallow reinforced concrete spread footings. A storm water detention vault is located at the lowest level.
