This wood five-story, 300 unit apartment complex sits on top of a two-story cast in place concrete parking structure and amenity deck. The sub terrain parking structure is cast in place concrete slabs with dropped heads. The structure to support the amenity and courtyard area is a beam in one-way slabs due to fire truck access. The lateral system of the parking deck is cast-in-place concrete shear walls.
The type III wood-framed apartment structure is three stories tall. Joists were used to frame the floor & roof. Gypsum & plywood shear walls were used for lateral support. The foundations are cast-in-place concrete.
