A flat post-tensioned podium slab at level 3 separates the parking levels from residential units above. This project contains 100 residential units, and 133,000+ SF of gross area and a separate five-story CIP parking deck with living and amenity space podium on top. A separate wood-framed clubhouse designed by E+M Structural is located at the ground floor of the property.
