The project consists of 228 apartment units in a four-story wood-framed building wrapping around a precast parking garage. The development also includes a pool, fitness, game room, common areas, and ground level retail.
The structure is type V wood framing with wood floor and roof trusses spanning between wood framed bearing walls. Wood and steel transfer framing was incorporated to create larger open spaces at the ground level to accommodate amenity and retail functions. OSB and gypsum sheathed wood-framed shear walls resist lateral loads. The structure bears on thickened slab on grade elements and concrete spread footings cast integrally with the slab on grade.
