EM Structural works with the client, contractors, architects, and civil engineers from the inception to the completion of a project to determine the best course of action for each retaining situation and to ensure structures are properly priced. There are often individual site difficulties unique to each project that require distinctive solutions. Experience allows us to resolve these issues early in the design process saving time and money overall.

Geotechnical Contractor Support

We work with specialty geotechnical contractors to ensure your temporary or permanent installation is carefully coordinated.

Retaining Structure Flexibility

EM Structural has an advanced comprehension with a variety of retaining structures including soil nails, sheet piles, and soldier piles.

Speciality Structures

Retaining structures do not always retain soil. EM Structural can work with the design team and local regulators to provide designs for a variety of complex retaining systems.
