The Ellis, also known as Market 42, is a mixed use project in the heart of Charlotte’s First Ward District.  This two-phase project consists of 549 apartments between a 33-story, 375 ft. tall concrete framed high rise and a six-story mid-rise which will be timber framing over a concrete podium.

10 West Edge is 9 story mixed use project in Charleston, SC.  The cast in place concrete and load bearing light-gauge structure will house 336 apartment units over a Publix Grocery store and an additional 10,500 sq. feet of retail space.

Check out this drone video of the construction progress of our 601 Meeting Street project in Charleston, SC.

601 Meeting St. is a Type III timber residential structure over 2 elevated levels of post tensioned concrete slab and a post tensioned concrete structural slab on grade.  The retail spaces were several feet below flood level, so an intricate system of structural slabs and removable waterproofing systems were integrated into the design.
