There are six levels of parking above the grocery store, capped by a podium structure that supports three levels of residential surrounded by exterior amenity spaces. Parking is surrounded by residential units on all sides and at all levels.
The grocery store and other retail spaces at the ground level are supported by structural slabs. The store is a mix of cast-in-place concrete and steel framing with a composite deck. Each parking level is structured with one-way post-tensioned concrete slabs and beams. Each residential level is supported by a two-way post-tensioned concrete podium. The residential units are framed with cold formed metal studs in the walls and composite metal deck for the floor.
