The Solis Brightleaf project is located between West Main Street to the north and West Peabody Street to the south on the west side of the existing Brightleaf Square development in Durham, North Carolina. The existing railroad tracks run parallel to the site on the south side of West Peabody Street. Several existing buildings are located on the site and will be demolished prior to construction. The first floor parking level will be accessed via an entrance off of West Main on the north. The second floor parking level will be accessed via an entrance off of West Peabody on the south. A 1.5-story move-in trash space will be located on the south side of the building.
