33 Peachtree Place

Located in Midtown Atlanta, Gerogia, 33 Peachtree Place is a mixed-use multifamily residential project for developer Wood Partners. It features 21-stories of cast-in-place post tensioned concrete mixed with five-story type IIIA wood framed construction. Portions of this project span 120 ft. across a MARTA tunnel easement. The facility consists of 20,000 SF of retail space and 350 residential units.

The parking deck houses 1,200 cars for residential, retail, and Atlanta Gas Light usage. The structure of the deck is split between precast concrete and cast-in-place concrete, with both one way and two-way post-tensioned construction.

A portion of the amenities are located on the ground floor, with additional amenity space located at the eighth level, above the cast-in-place parking garage. The pool resides at the eighth level amenity area.
