EM Structural‘s Gables at N. Rolfe Street in Arlington, Virginia is ready to go vertical!

Rolfe Street is a three building development with two residential buildings (approximately 403,000 square feet) with 395 housing units and a county transitional living facility with 14 housing units (approximately 16,500 square feet).  There is also an approximately 8,000 square-foot park on the site.

Building A is an 8 story cast in place concrete podium structure with timber framed units above.  Building B is a 13 story cast in place concrete high rise tower.   The transitional living facility is a 5 story cast in place concrete podium structure with timber framed units above.   All the buildings have significant retaining and subterranean structures.
